In this latest episode of Getting Awesome, Ryan travels to SoCal to ride at Heath Pinter's and Stephen Murray's trails. Plenty of awesome riding goes down by Hucker, TJ Ellis, Cory Nastazio, and Ryan himself. 360 one handed x up to barspin for the win!

BMX bikes being allowed in skateparks is often a controversy in many communities, and many are often left with the stigma that they shouldn't be allowed in skateparks at all, which can be a major bummer. If there are plans to build a skatepark in your community, check out this quick video of Chad DeGroot as he discusses his involvement with getting bikes allowed in skateparks.

Brian Histand's riding has been showcased on the site a number of times and I wish that we were featuring some today. Brian has been missing from the Glendale/Peoria/Phoenix area of Arizona for nearly a week and his family and friends are becoming worried. Please, if you have any info on the whereabouts of Brian, contact the local authorities and/or send us an e-mail so we can pass the info on.

Goods BMX put on this jam at the Amazon Park in Eugene, Oregon and it looks like good times were had. They raised enough money for a new addition to the park and installed a dope little flat rail that everyone proceeded to shred. Shawn McIntosh, Pat King, Ben Hucke, Jared Souney, and the rest of the locals all get down.

Pictures of Joe Battaglia have been featured as our Photo of the Day quite a bit lately, so it was extra cool to randomly find this new video of him. Watch as Joe lays down some riding clips and discusses how he got into riding and what it means to him.

If 4-pegged riding is your thing, then you don't want to miss this. The Daily Grind just dropped another section from their DVD that was released 6 months ago, this time being from Jonathan "Gremlin" Bechtold, the owner of The Daily Grind. Gremlin lays down about 3 minutes worth of footage in his section, putting his pegs to use on a variety of rad spots.

Zane Giust is likely a name you've never heard of, but this dude is absolutely crazy. Every clip in here is balls to the wall with a high element of danger, clearly an influence of Mike Hoder and Jack Maddock (who actually filmed the edit). That wall-ride to boost over the rail into the stairs was amazing.

This is absolutely insane! I've heard of Jack before, but didn't realize quite how ridiculous he was on a bike... until now. Jack does some super-progressive stuff like an ice-to-tooth to over, a whip to manny to whip on a flat ledge, a hang-five to bars... I could keep going on or you could just see for yourself.

Not the best filming and the lack of riding audio is a bit annoying, but there's no denying that both of these dudes kill it. Alex's overall creativity and Timmy's freecoaster progression make this very much worth your time.

Florian Montanari, FBM, Unleaded, and graffiti artist Arsen & Beeware got together on this sick Mike Tag tribute video at a spot in Dijon, France, and all I can say is this is straight awesome. Arsen & Beeware's work for this video is great, and Florian lays down some super-crazy lines at this "ghetto spot".

It's always a treat watching new riders you've never seen before, and this edit of Borja is no exception. Borja's raw skill and technicality was a pleasant surprise--add in the amazing spots of Barcelona and you have a recipe for a great video. That tooth 180 up to fakie bars he does near the end is beautiful.

I wonder how often this kind of thing happens? While Tyler Fernengel was filming the opening clip in his undeniably epic Osiris edit, a bystander was filming the whole thing from his apartment window across the street. The commentary is priceless!

17-year-old Boyd Hilder just got added to the Mankind team, and for his welcome edit he lays down a slew of moves on just about every terrain. From smooth dirt riding, to technical lip tricks, to big box jump moves, it would appear that this kid can shred on just about anything.
