whats up man, thanks for the comment. Well my worst injury happened when I was in 10th grade. We had this ditch behind my house that we made a huge dirt quater out of. We had two sections of it, one you could ride like a quater, and the other you could launch out of. Well one day I there was only two of us riding and we were both at the top, and when I went to drop in, there was this other kid coming up, and we ran smack into each other. I ended having his stem slice my left knee wide open. I thought it was just a bad cut, but when I bent my knee to get in the car, it felt to weird. I ended up tearing my quadrocept tendon, and my patellar tendon, and I was out for 6 months in a wheel chair and knee brace.
As far as me progressing, the first big trick to me I learned was one handers, then no-footers. Once I got those down, it opened up alot of the variations(Supermans, tobogaggans, can can's)after that I learned how to not wreck when I took both hands of the bars. No one taught me about pinching the seat with your knees. I had to work alot on spins, I had a problem commiting and following through.
I hope this helps you out, If you want to know anymore, just ask!
sup, just wanted to say thanks for all the tire advice because you definitely helped out a lot. finally got the tires and tire levers and i'm glad to be riding again.
WOW!! I think Stolen might do that too! The Stolen Cheater and the Stolen Heater are the same!! The description on dans is the exact same! WORD FOR WORD!! And the weight is the same too.
Come to think of it the name is almost the same. Just one letter different!
LOL!
