They look awful imo. The 9" ones look like they're 8" high and they don't feel nearly as good as my Stranger Thrash bars.
Take the driver out and check the spring. The spring is basically the only problem this hub has. I don't use it anymore, I just put a rubber band instead in there and it works great.

It fits perfectly without any pressure. I've used the Primo plastic DSG without the cone nut in the past and I hated it because it was so wide on the axle.

It's not likely to break, it's likely to wear out and needs maintenance. For myself, I'm better off keeping a rubber band and tools with me than riding a heavier hub that doesn't feel as good. I've ridden KHE style coasters, too and I don't really like ... more »
I don't want to do that as I don't want to spread my dropouts.
How did you put it on? Just over the existing hardware?
Did anyone try to put the Primo Plastic DSG with the cone nut on the Eclat Blind hub? Or could any shop try it out for me? Thanks guys!

Get the Blind if you know how to work on hubs and understand the system. I've been riding it since it came out and I always keep a spare rubber band with me incase the spring (I don't have spare springs anymore, I always use rubber bands) around the ... more »
25 or 27 / 9 should work I with your Shadow Chain I guess.
I think he means the knurling. Btw to get that right, they grip fine and don't slip. But you're too much of a retard to hold your bars straight while you tighten the bolts? Holy shit, what is wrong with you?
You shouldn't make the flanges too fat, so you can't use normal spokes anymore. The hubguards look pretty dumb, too, because they're just straight and way too far away from the flanges to really protect the spokes. Look at other hubguards on the market ... more »

Why the fuck do you want a smaller frame to keep the weight down? A frame's size is not about the weight, it's about how tall you are and what feels comfortable! Don't get Grifters if you grind, get Donnasqueaks, they're awesome.
