Added reply in a thread 48 hs, am I the only? 9/21/2014 12:39 PM
I've always ran a 48 in the back, very sturdy and low maintenance. I wonder how well a 48h aero rim like the Birdcage would perform as a rear.. ?

Why don't you try something new like shut the fuck up?
Added reply in a thread chromoly guarded sprocket 9/19/2014 2:13 PM
It's the cookie cutter mindset that most companies have. They all make the same shit because it works and it sells. They know there's guys out there that'd love shit like a chromo guarded sprocket... but there's not enough of them. Tom said it. The weight ... more »

Pretty bad ass. I love it when companies do throwback frames like this. Like Hoffman's updated Condor frame. Back when everything was beefy as fuck. Like Solid's DUKE frame... which was like 8lbs or something. This new AOD is very tempting... they don't

Hey newbie, check thread dates bruh. im also 5'8. 20.75 fits nicely but don't be afraid to try a 21... I've seen shorter people kill shit on larger frames... and tall people kill it on tiny frames... you'll have to see for yourself what you like.

sending in 2 now. I had 4 but my brother deleted two other good ones without knowing... a good hour of attempts down the fuckin drain. whatever, better than nothing.
Added reply in a thread Which frame should i get out of the 3? 9/14/2014 6:27 PM
In a sense. the way I see it is, whatever setup that best fits the user's preferences will be most ideal for whatever they chose to ride. Like keeping the balance point on a short frame can be easy to someone and others are better on longer frames. It's ... more »

That's not to say a sport can't be a hobbie. It's the popularity of mainstream shit that gets most thinking that ball sports on tv is all there is. You will run into many more of these people throughout your lifetime, just politely tell them that they're ... more »

^lol! My first rear rim was a 48h HulaHoop. My first lace job as well.. fucked it up completely but that rim was bomb proof anyway. Then ran a Balance for the longest time and eventually developed legit cracks. Then snagged a new 48 Ribcage for $25, ... more »

I'd go Fly Trebol top over the Freeze for that extra $30. They're both budget stems but the Fly is forged where as the Sunday is cast. And forged is arguably stronger than machined products. I actually bought a Trebol stem as a cheap way to try out top ... more »

Added reply in a thread Cranks 9/13/2014 11:46 AM
cranks are usually sold in sets, that includes the spindle. I don't think you're going to able to buy just one crank arm for that set, especially since the Trebol ICS are mainly for Fly's completes. Don't know what to tell ya. Contact fly and see how ... more »

Yep. looks like they went a bit too far on one side when grinding down the weld. Too much material was lost thus a weak connection. It happens. Not everything produced comes out perfect.

Pretty much. New year, diferent rider, diferent color, stickers, dimensions...v2,v3,v4,v5.. same as always. I don't mean to sound negative, but not much has changed in 10 years. Same shit. Only thing new is the date.

I see a half assed weld.. It's not cracked, split right at the seam. Always check the seam quality when getting new rims. Some are bound to come defected. I would have returned that poo asap. 4 months isn't much, see what gsport can do for you.
