So Friday a Skater runs into me at the local park and I eat shit hard and tweak my Stem with my knee cap. I haven't gone in for a scan or anything as it has not swelled up that much but it hurts like a bitch to walk up and down stairs and riding is out of the question for now. I think I bruised the knee cap and possibly got a contusion. So I'm saying bye bye to biking for a while .
