yeah it does but if you assembled the bike, theres a possibility that you may have tightened it too much but it can easily be fixed if you take it to your local shop. the FSA impact is one of the best integrated headsets you can buy, in case you want a new one. just make sure its the right size.

if u want ur bike to look sik i suggest white cranks,colored chain white spokes,hub front and rear and colored brake cable
