I'm originaly from Bremerton WA and I'm 21. I'm stationed on Vandenberg AFB CA. Been riding years before I joined the military... What can I say? You dont normally see a person in the Air Force bmxing, most people I knew from high school quit after graduation. If there is anything you should know about the military, it's that they take all your free time away from you. Service before self is what they call it... It sucks but it hasn't sucked my love of riding and I still manage to get a session or two on the weekends: my only real time off. I'm really stoked that the base has an awesome cement skatepark with a bowl and some great lines. For an AFB, there is alot of decent things to ride around the neighborhood, the trick is to keep your eyes out and enjoy whatever it is whether it be curb cuts, or huge banks that I've actually found around here, you never know what you might find.
