hay, that bottum frame grind at the end of your vid, ive been tryin to do those for a wile and every time i go up to the rail and start to slide it tends to slide further down my frame and i go face first into the ground, got any tips

ive been riding for about 3 years i have a haro bmx bike it hase a 3 piece crank.its all stock and i was wondering if you hade any parts you would want to sale?
