I’m a sucker for new Apple stuff, but today has been a nightmare. Last night I bought a copy of Leopard and somehow it went crazy during install and required a complete system re-install—not psyched. Luckily I had a backup from a few days ago, but getting everything up and playing nice has been beyond lame. Leopard is pretty sick, but make sure you backup everything before you hit that “install” button just to be safe.

Also, the Time Machine backup system in Leopard is pretty nice, but if any of you out there have a system you use for archiving video and photo files, let me know. An online system would be ideal, but with big files, even a cable modem ain’t enough. Got any ideas?
