The geometry...what kind of a question is that? Look at the specs on each frame, those are the differences. They're not the same frame.

Sorry man, that's a $150-175 frame shipping included. If I came to pick it up I wouldn't even give you that for it. You might be able to squeeze more out of it on Ebay but not at that price you have it posted for. It looks to be in great shape but really ... more »

You got Starbursts for pedals! Pink is very much my favorite.

Yup, living the dream! Everyone's priorities are a little different. And priorities do change. Bottom line is, generally speaking, if you want to own anything you have to work for it. Nothing is free. If I didn't work I couldn't support a family so obviously ... more »

^^Very much this^^ It's what you decide to do with the time you have that counts. Progressing is always great but riding is really supposed to be about having fun, friends, experiences, etc., don't forget that. As long as you can enjoy getting out there ... more »

Any chance I get to get out and pedal is a good day anymore. My interest in doing tricks is pretty minimal so it's really hard to have an off day. Sure, I don't ride anywhere near the level I used to but, it's all good with me. When I was younger I'd ... more »
Added reply in a thread bottom bracket issue 11/7/2015 9:22 PM
Over the years I've noticed some frames just tend to have tighter tolerances than others. As long as you didn't ovalize that bottom bracket tubing you'll be fine. Shaving the metal isn't good but as long as the tube's still round it really won't be a ... more »

I bought a Crux complete a while back. Didn't ride it all that much but it was OK. Pretty standard geometry. Can't really comment on longevity though.
Added reply in a thread When I pedal backwards my back wheel doesn't move 10/22/2015 5:24 PM
I'm still trying to figure out if this is a joke or not... Your wheel IS NOT supposed to move when you pedal backwards. When you ROLL backwards the engagement of the hub will force you to pedal backwards. Pedaling backwards is not going to make your ... more »

If you were looking to spend $1300 why wouldn't you build a custom yourself?

BMX is like the Mickey Mouse Club, we all ride kids bikes and do circus stunts. Generally speaking, yes, a bmx bike is a "child's" bike. Because technically the norm for sizing a bike would not put an adult on a 20". It's whatever. Good for LZ and Stranger, ... more »

I've replaced it already. It's really not a bad stem, just a little funny looking. Regardless, here's my new one. One off solid Delusion stem. Ti hardware.

I totally understand what you're saying. But there has always been and will always be this side of the coin. We've been looked at as druggies, etc. long before the TCU or the internet existed too. This isn't something new. Skateparks CAN be breeding ... more »

I had a set of haro megahubs back in the day that were 14mm female. I snapped a front and rear bolt. It all breaks just the same if you get crusty with it. I also ran pegs back then and we didn't wax anything up like folks do now. You had trouble sliding ... more »

Chances are the Stranger will hail from Taiwan. That's where my Crux was manufactured anyway. I don't understand the brake mount thing either. You buy a frame, it should come with mounts. Then again, nowadays you pay more for a chrome frame than you ... more »

Little Timmy probably will regardless. I'm no mystic but chances are little Timmy will probably take part in such activities. It's inevitable it seems.
