About Me
My name is Rachelle Duncan and I'm the chairperson responsible for the development of the Tinnell Memorial Sports Park in Lake Havasu AZ. This park is being built in memory of Fallen Soldier Spec.Patrick A. Tinnell. He was an avid BMX freestyle rider and also raced at the national level. In his honor this 40,000 sq foot park was designed by Brian Harper at California Skatepark and is estimated to be complete in Fall of 2009. We are currently in the fund raising stages and have been supported by the Tony Hawk Foundation, Mike Vallely's show Drive on Fuel TV and hundreds of folks in the community have offered up cash donations. Been slackin'...tryin' to get my ride on. How's things in Sunny Havasu? Have a meeting with our park and rec on thursday to see if they can help us out with some more money. Keep your fingers crossed. Had a great time out there and can't wait for the crew to make their way up in these parts. I will be in touch with you this week for sure. Keep up the hard work!
