I'm 14 live in Mansfield and i try to ride street a lot, if you're into it you should check out Uconn campus if you haven't already theres some pretty decent spots and you hardly get caught or yelled at by cops.
They had a police training day here recently and a friend and I didn't even get talked to about riding scope it out with your friends.
next year I'll probably end up riding in Willimantic with some friends of mine not sure though.
