The compression cap it the bolt that is on the top of the stem, that you tighten towards the ground if you want to look at it like that. Just tighten that BEFORE the pinch bolts on the side!

Aslong as you correctly maintain your parts, you should find they last alot longer than you have mentioned. Grease reduces wear and general deterioration of parts that have metal-on-metal contact. I recommend using white lithium grease when using bearings ... more »

Alot of people have bought their parts! I think Greg (\BMX-1995/) has the cranks, just look in bike checks and ask for peoples opinions on them!

I agree with the polished Cult! Sounds like a really good idea, would make the bike look really clean! I've been riding Animal TWW, and I really think they are great! Highly recommended!
