yeah, I think I know where that Spokes is. I think I have actually been in there a few times back in the 90's. Its a little as shop from what I remember, right? I had some friends from Del Ray Alexandria that test rode a couple of bikes and just took off with them. I think there is a big Right Aid or something near by. Anyways spokes is a pretty nice shop as far as I know. I will have to drop in and see what you guys got sometime. I recently moved to a different county but I go back to Alexandria to see my girl often so keep in touch and ride when you can you know... L8

you slammed it out the crank arm? Oh, I thought you had a pinch bolt crank arm that was stripped. Anyways, the grabbit tool is sick for things like that. L8

the tool that I was talking about for grabbing stripped bolts and shit... It's not just sold on tv anymore, it's now available at Home Depot, and other hardware stores. Do you have a Home Depot? Anyways, it's called Grab It. "Grab It" is just a few double ended drill bits. One end is for drilling a new hole in the head of the stripped hardware. The other end grips into this new surface so you can back it out. I think there is at least 3 sizes. Its less than 20 dollars U.S. It is a great tool for bmx. L8
