Works fine for me

Rating:

The Good: Pretty light, needs little to no maintenance, works great!

The Bad: None whatsoever aside from the haters.

Overall: Love it. Plain and simple. Use a hub guard if you don't want it beat up, clean it out on occasion, keep your spokes tight. And to the kids who bought something from Eastern and had issues, QUIT BUYING THE CHEAP EASTERN STUFF AND WHINING. One kid got the niner UNSEALED CASSETTE and is whining on here about it. I am 100% sure he did NOT take care of it. Most of the issues people have is not properly maintaining their parts. Hell, most of the parts I run are the parts people claim are shitty, and somehow I have no issues, despite being more than double their size and riding harder than them. Kids are stupid. Period.

Overall: I STILL have this coaster, and I never had issues with it until I was retarded and tried to pull it apart to adjust slack on my own. ONLY THEN did I have problems. But I managed to fix it again, and it is wonderful. I don't understand how so many of you blew up the bearings, and mine are still going almost 4 years later...

Overall: "titanium parts suck they bend and strip yes ti bends i should know i have roughly 15% of my bones replaced with it you fools thinking ti is hard to work with its not the melting point is lower and the metal doesntmix with air easy so ti is easier to work with im a heavy street rider ive broken flys profiles and easternd in the past if you dont believe they bend go to youtube and see for yourself you guys are suckered into buying parts are fools my bike is 18 pounds with no cutouts all street approved parts and no ti aluminum is just as strong an ti ti has this problem with being ductile but if you dont know what that means you should stop now and have someone else build your bike for you" You are a moron. Ti is stronger in a STRENGTH TO WEIGHT ratio ONLY, it does NOT bend, it BREAKS. It is MUCH more brittle. There is NO WAY you have an aluminum street frame. I want to see this bike ON A SCALE, and what it is, post a video of you zeroing out the scale, then hanging the bike, LETTING GO so we can see the ACTUAL WEIGHT. Also, Ti is a LOT more finicky to work with (having a degree in WELDING I know this from experience) than steel or aluminum. Lower melting point generally means it is more BRITTLE, which = BREAK not bend. Just like a set of FORGED cranks, they snap a LOT easier. Ti does strip, but ONLY because is is more BRITTLE. Don't forget that bare, unfinished Ti against bare, unfinished aluminum tend to bond over time (stick together, being super hard to pull apart etc). When you finally pull your head out of your ass joshlanebmx, feel free to respond.

The Good:

The Bad:

Overall: I work in a shop and noticed several things: 1. NEVER, EVER, EVER use WD-40 for anything more than CLEANING and REMOVING GREASE. It is a chemical used to displace water and REMOVE GREASE. 2. 13T Freewheels die fast because of the tiny needle bearings, and the large amount of stress on small areas. misfit131-"cassettes are kinda sketchy too" 3. Cassettes are not nearly as sketchy. You clearly do not know what you are talking about. MCDS Gang 4/30/2008 5:11 AM Go with a Profile Driver! I have the titanium one and it is wonderful! Hasnt failed or locked up on me yet! I would go with profile not odyessy cause odyessy parts dont last as long and on top of that i dont really like odyessy that much! Alot of their parts break on me! 4. Profile does not make freewheels, which is what this is. Clearly you too know very little about BMX parts.
