Good beginner bike

Rating:

The Good: Light weight

The Bad: frame cracks if seat too low, chain will snap, grips aren't any good, pedals aren't any good. All bolt on parts have a very made by the cheapest bidder, in China, feel...

Overall: Overall the bike feels cheap, unbalanced, too many rattles and cheap parts I wouldn't consider it a good long term bike for intermediate riders, but good for beginners, if it was found cheap..

Overall Great

Rating:

The Good: Very light, and well balanced.

The Bad: Front Sprocket -destroyed in the first 6hrs.. Grips -get slippery if your hands start to sweat..

Overall: Great! - replace the sprocket, and chain if you pedal heavy(or it will break).., And the rear tire(mine has 2 curbmonkey's, too big in the rear switching to a 20x1.175 dirt tire .. ) but sinking money into a stock bike is expected, cost is $350-650 + $100 for upgrades.. My last bike cost over $1600 to build, and was only 3lbs lighter.. TrailDigger is Perfect for beginners -Stock, and with a few upgrades, a good bike for the advanced.
