trim an inch or two off each side of the bars, trim a bunch off the seat post, take off pegs that you don't grind with, front brakes (unless you really use them a lot), and lets not forget those damn reflectors!
all that shit should save at least a couple of pounds.

(1) I can't take the reflectors off (I want to but i can't) and how should I shave weight(i.e. get new bars, get new fork etc.)
