just buy some electric tape or duck tape or some kind of tape cut it the way you want the zebra stripes to be then paint your frame in black(or the color you want for the zebra stripes) then you paste the stickers made of tape then paint again your frame in the final color white or pink or other wait till it dries an take out the stickers and there you have your zebra frame!

i dont think you can buy it anywhere because is his signature frame well premium make that specially for him so i dont think you can buy it maybe in some future they start selling it but premium has others frames here is the link:http://www.premiumbmx.com/parts.php?part=frames
