About Me
My first jump bike was a first generation G.T. Fueler. I still think its one of the best jump bikes I've ridden, the rest (newer fuelers) I dont like. I ended up selling it. Soon after got my hands on a S&M Holmes (my second jump bike). One thing I always wanted was owning the ultimate bmx bike (because I grew up riding so many crappy bikes). I don't remember what I did with my Holmes and I ended up owning several S&M's (Dirt Bikes, Holmes, Challengers) and other bikes between the Fueler and my Standard. When I was first introduced to an STA (I think it was called a Lengthy back then) via BMXplus, I thought it was the ugliest overbuilt piece of crap I ever saw. I bought one anyway (one reason I bought was not only because of Standards legendary reputation but also because I was the first of all my friends to own a jump bike (the Holmes I mentioned earlier) and now all my friends went and out and bought S&M's after I got one, so I bought a Standard as a way to get away from my friends. (Wouldnt you know it, a couple of my friends turned around and bought Standards within six months later. Although I have owned dozens and dozens of good quality bikes in later years I havent even mentioned, my Standard is by far the best I've ever had I love it, it owns! Word up!
