Nah, a scooter wouldn't have a drive train.
The joys of having a dope parts sponsor!

The "what is street and what isn't" debate is far from the issue being discussed here. X-Games Street contests were always awesome, a ton of great riding always went down, and it gave some top street dudes an opportunity to pick up some cash and corporate sponsors. I really don't think anybody in their right mind would say / think that "street contests" are the same thing as actually cruising around riding street.
I love that section.

Stricker always rode to really good songs.
"Doris" by Shellac I believe? That's a dope song. Great section. The ender is one of my favorite clips of all time.
That's a good one.
Yes. This section / song combo is awesome. Amazing.
I believe he's on the UK team and it's recognized as separate.

Mike Laird is a BMX legend and an all around awesome dude. I support him and this venture 100%. I know nothing about "MACHINEBIKECO," but don't see how their existence, what they do, or how much their products cost are in any way relevant to this post.

Lame of Spinner? The dude spent a ton of money on ramps and let hundreds of people (many of them strangers) ride them over the years. He very well could have built this spot and never let the locals ride, but he didn't do that. I'm confident you have absolutely no idea how much money Spinner has / is making from BMX and, honestly, it's irrelevant to this situation. It's a bummer the park is going away (or at least being moved / rearranged), but cheers to Spinner for building an awesome spot and being so open about letting so many different riders enjoy it.
