I understand that raw clear coated frames are notorious for getting surface rust, but will "polished raw" or "stainless" frames (such as Federal Churchill and Fly Fuego) be subject to the same thing?

I run a 75 right now and have been for 2 years so i'm sure going to a 75.5 on a united dinero or some other tech frame wouldnt take a ton of adjusting. I dont ride dirt and i just started going over coping on airs recently.
