Bunny hops and manuals. Hop 2 manuals, and fakies. Think about it... If you do manage to 180, wtf are you going to do with it? I will tell you for free, a damn fakie! That's what. Just find a steep bank and role up to it in a athletic position. Your speed should be fast enough to reverse for 5-10 yards, but not so fast that you're front tire is clearing the top of the bank. Just "think backwards" Think of your movements on the way up and literally rewind them. Just practice rolling away backwards as far as you can. If you lay the right side down while in reverse just tap your brake as your turn approaches the 90 degree "turning point" (all at once)shift your weight and turn the bars all while turning your head. And all at the same time you will have to back pedal, sometimes speeding up your feet at the moment of turning around or the last moment before the turning point.
180s good trick to learn
what you want to do is
1.go at a moderate speed not too slow
2.turn into the 180
3. bunnyhop and turn your head as much as possible the body fowllows the head
and thats pretty much it and tons of practice. when i first started it took me a while so dont get discouraged.
also try doing 90s and when you get those down and dialed move up to the 180
and put the pegs on so you can get uest to riding with them so if you use em later it wont be a drastic change
