Now what?  Still sore form the DC road trip and missed out on Kagy's Vert Class.  Maybe Ill hit up Vans and try out their Vert ramp.  I cant wait to see how goofy I'll look 3 feet out of the ramp.  Tricks are out of the question until I figure that beast out.  Until then, Wrist therapy...

 

Oh Yea, I rode 530 Miles the other day ...Pedaled my road bike home from San Fran, 4.5 days later I was home and feeling sore as shit.

I'm going insaine these days with nothing to do.  If I do something it will usually cost money and right now I am saving for an expensive wedding.  So the past 2 days I have turned to my roade bike for some company and put some miles in.  Yesterday I did 36 miles in the wind and today I busted out 75.  Huntington Beach to Oceanside and then took the train to Irvine where I was surprised with another 20 miles to go.  That sucked for sure but I made it.  Crazy how you can drink a gallon of Gatorade and not pee all day.
