well i have just been appointed ukbikeco team manager,we have unreal frames they are sooo good,and the lightest you will find anywhere.lightest one comes in at 3.3 lbs and is a Mark Webb signature frame.

WELL I rode for first time monday and i cant believe how happy it made me.just cruising the park and doing airs on spine and vert was amazing.

i feel like me again,like a rider.let the good times roll again.

i got my identity back. 

hey well im home after my acl recon surgery and its going well,i can walk without crutches after 4 days though it is stiff and there is a little limp.

also they didnt close a wound properly so i did it myslef with needle and cotton .ha ha.its dead neat too.well i look forward to progressing back on to my bike and getting my riding back up to scratch.

well at last i have my knee operation on march 13th to reconstruct my ACL!!

 i have waited 1 year for this op on the u.k national health service and it would have helped if the op was in the winter as i think im off the bike for 4 months +++

well least it will be mended and i will beable to ride properly from then on.

well went to estonia for the contest and had an awsome time with the u.k gang and the mirraco boys.we partied hard and all the dudes really enjoyed themselves.i'll be going back next year for sure!!you should to!

well DJ actually got me a job working back in construction at Heathrow airport.were on the graveyard shift and i havent seen daylight for a few days.weird.

They are 20/22 im 29.we are going to ride Corby tuesday and stay in the skatepark in sleeping bags then go to epic wednesday so i can ride the vert.i thought i'd grown out of this shit?nah,i love riding and i love bmx.

so i decided to fix me girlsfirends motor for her,you change the oil ,plugs etc.also a wheelbearing on the rear.

yeah this will be easy and save money at the garage?nope.

i couldnt get the old bearing off no,i broke the new one trying to jaff it on now i have no bearings and an unuseable care?also it rained on me the whole time.

im usually good with these things,but i need a bearing press. 

1)how do i get to the parts place to get another bearing/?

2) how do i pick jamie up from school?
