its at chestnutt hill elementary school.. the school is like directly off exit 50 and its a pretty short bike ride from my dads house but i usually just drive there
its a pain to get them of just find something thats a lil smaller than your spindal take the bolts out and hammer away thats all i can do. its real hard to get them on and off

ive never heard of the bearings getting messed up from casing a 180 or anything and its never happened to me and ive put mine through hell

you dont have to unlace the wheel you have to take it off and taake the axel out to adjust it. it shows you how to do it on the KHE website

i would be carefull about flipping it thw inner bearings tend to get loose not the driver bearings
