ive never heard of the bearings getting messed up from casing a 180 or anything and its never happened to me and ive put mine through hell

you dont have to unlace the wheel you have to take it off and taake the axel out to adjust it. it shows you how to do it on the KHE website

i would be carefull about flipping it thw inner bearings tend to get loose not the driver bearings
