Forget the way it looks. Go for one with the geometry you like. At least most of the time it will come in Raw or Black. Most of the new frames comes with 9" standover, 13.5 or less chain stay, 75 deg headtube. I'd try to stay around those numbers if ... more »

9.25" bars with a Sunday Freeze Topload stem (33mm Rise). It's the business. I'm 6'0". I'm an older fellow so I don't need to be hopping up high ass stuff.

Only ran 2.3 in the front. Sorry never rode them at the park, only street. I'm ridden them at my kids school with a lot of concrete areas and they gripped fine.

I ran the CTRL tires front and back for a year. Got the ones with a red wall. They grip great. I only changed them out because I wanted BSD Donnasqueaks in gray which have also been gripping fine

I'm around your height (6'). I love the standover height on my Vessel. I have WTP Wham bars 9.25" with a Sunday Freeze Top Load so my front end is pretty freaking tall compared to the average but my back feels so much better and comfortable with a high

Your bike is way too small for you. Get a 21" frame and run some 9" bars

I have both the BSD Raider Frame and the Volume Vessel Frame in 21" which have a 9.25" standover. I got Sunday Freeze Topload stems on both which have a 33mm rise. I run 9.25" bars (WTP Sterling, and Fit Skyscraper). It's a pretty comfortable setup for ... more »

I have the Volume Vessel frame with Grey Donnasqueaks. I love it so far. Then again, I'm not what you consider a hard rider and such. Just an older dude who cruises around with his kids. I just jump things here and there and manual what not. I've been

Pretty sure it's a bolt bud. If anything look at the inside of the sprocket to see if their is a bolt going through to the crank arm.

I have the Eclat Dynamic on one of my bikes but had no issues with it. It went into a Cult OS frame if that matters.

34 here. Yup. It's not the same as it was riding a BMX bike as a kid. Definitely rock a helmet if you're gonna try jumping stuff or ride the park. I actually go to the gym now for the purpose of building up strength and stamina to ride my bike. All I'm ... more »

Albe's has good customer service. Their Live Chat on the website and hitting them up on the phone is how I've primarily talked to them though. Never through e-mails.

I've had both Albe's and Dan's build up G-Sport wheel sets. They both came out fine. I'm not a hard rider so my wheels tend to stay true for a long while.

No really a heavy rider so it may vary with you. The Ctrls grip the street really well and have a good low resistance roll which is what I wanted. I have Chase Hawks on my Wi-Fi and they like to slide out on really minor gravel, dirt from my experience. ... more »
