Design the New Vital BMX T-Shirt

With Vital BMX officially past the one-year mark (we launched August 15th, 2006), we figured it was time to design a brand-new Vital BMX t-shirt. But instead of us coming up with this design, we’re leaving it up to the Vital BMX members. If you’re a graphic designer or just someone with a cool idea for a t-shirt, here’s your chance to hit the BMX big-time. Follow all of the instructions below and your design could be chosen to represent the coolest Web site in BMX. The winning design will score one hundred bucks and a batch of the shirts, so get on it.
Details:
Create your design in a program like Illustrator or Photoshop (if you use Photoshop, make sure your artwork is at least 150 dpi at actual size). Place the design on our t-shirt template so we know how it should be positioned. Make the template the color you think the t-shirt should be. Send us both your design (without the template), and a low-res gif (shouldn’t exceed 100k) of the design and template. Email your submission to mlosey@vitalbmx.com, subject line “t-shirt contest.” Feel free to give your design a name. Submissions must be received by September 10, 2007. Make sure to include your name and address.
Judging:
We’ll put some of our favorite submissions on the site for people to vote on and give us feedback, but the final decision is ours.
