Hey love that ride. I'm a new member, based in Australia, looking to get a 24. Any chance you can supply the specs list of this bike. Rocks!

11/4/2012 4:37 AM

Since I'm new here, I thought I post some pics of the bikes I've built in the last few years.

and my 22's. Just sold the red Standard frame to buy a chrome Holmes

11/4/2012 6:30 AM

skubasteve - What is that gray and pink bike? That thing is beautiful!

11/4/2012 6:51 AM

It "was" my wife's Sunday Model C. I just parted it out because in a years time she rode with me ONCE I still have the wheels for sale ! Sun winter camo with pink Odyssey hubs

11/4/2012 2:44 PM

Skubasteve, wish you were in Melbourne Australia mate, I'd be enlisting you to build a bike for me. You put the combos together terrifically. All porn bikes. Impossible to find any wave c's in oz at the moment. I've found a frame only for $400 in the US, plus shipping brings it up around $500. Ridic.

11/4/2012 2:50 PM

It's the same getting stuff here from where your located. I bought a lot of stuff from Vale BMX and shipping is expensive. But from experience, the Wave C rides so nice it's worth the extra money. The only thing better is a 22" Holmes.

Yeah haven't checked out the Holmes, will do today. I've just PM'd you over in the museum as I saw you had some bikes for sale.

I'd sell my Model C but I don't think theres a way to ship it, to long

11/4/2012 6:41 PM

I honestly think that pink/gray scheme is nicer looking than the vapor blue. I don't know if I like it just because I feel the need to run counter to the every part must be flat black look or what.

You've got a bunch of bikes that make me jealous though.

The red of that Standard frame that you sold is sick as well.

How much ? Still trying to decide what new 24 to go with .

11/5/2012 1:38 AM

I'd do $575.00 shipped in the 48 states. It's not powder, I used Rustoleum commercial paint on the f/f and bars. Nice Hazards, Profile cranks with MDS and Odyssey pedals, Evo's, nice tires(depends on which ones you want) Lincoln stem, so NO cheap parts like the Factory models and this is the 21.75 TT 41 Thermal frame. I'm feeling generous right now because I know you need a nice cruiser. So don't wait!

Skubasteve, what stem is on the chrome NS and Chrome Dirt Bike?

That's a Profile Stem, the 40 I think.

11/27/2012 1:36 PM

Yep it's a Profile 40 stem.....60mm. I've got the black and the red one. I was using these on the shorter TT frames.

i couldnt go any bigger than 20" rims simply because gsport doesn't make 22" rims

12/7/2012 5:57 AM

What a dumb excuse.

12/7/2012 5:38 PM

Try a 22" and you will change your mind

12/12/2012 6:16 AM

Well I finally figured out how to post a pic of my 011 Volume Sledge/Vandal prototype. It has the Vandal 22.5 TT and the shorter headtube, the rest is all Sledge. Props to Brian Castillo @ Volume for hooking me up with this whip!!!!

So I'm an old man thats just gotten back into bmx a few years ago. I ride a bunch though, usually 5 days a week if the weather cooperates. Anyways I got back into to the hobby with a 2011 Sunday Model C Pro. I left it pretty much stock, they come pretty well equipped or it was good enough for me at the time for me anyway.

and I just finished putting this together:

25th Anniversary S&M Dirtbike
S&M Pitchfork
S&M bars (dont know the model, bought them at a warehouse sale)
Odyssey Chase Hawk Grips
Odyssey Headset
Odyssey Bottom Bracket
Sinz Cassette Wheelset
Shimano Cassette
Odyssey Path/Aitken Tires
S&M Director Pivotal Seat
Odyssey Evo 2 brake
Odyssey Medium Monolever
Odyssey Classic Front Load Stem
Primo Powerbite Cranks
Primo Super Tenderizer Pedals
Profile Imperial Sprocket
Cult Raw 510 Chain

Consider it a work in progress, there are some cheap parts on there I plan on upgrading over time, Im working on another set of wheels next. This bike feels so much more rigid and lively vs my 2011 sunday model C pro.

Yo!

My name is Dion and I just got my Stolen Saint 24" on Friday. Built it, rode 20 miles on Saturday through my old spots in Santa Cruz, Ca. LOVE this bike, although some things needed help (like a crappy brake). Ordered an Evo with clear pads and a linear cable to make it sweet.

I needed a good 24" street bike. I tinker with flatland (was riding WAY more BMX a few years ago), raced cyclocross and currently race XC MTB, but was born and bred BMX 25 years ago (I'm 38).
