yes its quite simple if doing it over a fly out or a jump(not airing) its done like this

step 1: approach jump with confidence

step 2: whip bike out to a 75 degree angle

step 3: turn bars into leading leg (leg that crosses the top tube)

step 4: pull bike back into allignment

step 5: land rubber side down

step 6: now youll have a massive crowed of wommen approach you topless screaming your name (choose the hot ones)

there you go the main thing that got me doing them is whipping it out more almost 90 degrees give it time also

whip out to the side of your back foot, then get your body close to the bars, and sorta low, so when you turn your bars towards your back foot your leg sorta goes under the bars, pretty hard to explain, just go out and practice, took me a long time to get them

kick out more to the front than the side, like a little of both.
