depends on if your willing to put yourself in the position where your able to get screwed. hes obviously screwin with you by selling a bunk rim and not telling you about it. and if he didnt know tis his fault for not inspecting his product before selling it. its his responsibility to make this right not yours, so he should definitely send you the money first, and if he cant trust you then he needs not to sell online where trust is a huge issue.

That looks like the seam where it comes together
If that is a crack, and if he is not the one who painted it, how was he to know there was a crack, being it was covered up with paint.

Isn't that a welded seam rim? If it is, and there is a split, it is cracked. (Duh) and he should be trying to make it right.

Yeah It cracked on the seem where it is welded thats the best picture I could get with my phone I could stick a razor where it is cracked. But I was forced to send the rim and give him a tracking number now im just waiting to see if he sends the money now.... he said he would after I gave him a tracking number and nothing yet that was like an hour ago so we will see..................

mafu23 i've sold more a lot of shit online and if anyone ever did happen to have a problem with what i was selling which never happens i get it taken care of right away. so saying i'm trying to screw him over because i wont give him money back first is kinda lame. i already said if he shows proof he sent it i will send him money. i'm not trying to pull teeth it's just the way i conduct my stuff since i have an angry girlfriend who watches every penny that i spend. 25 is nothing so giving it back is no problem but i don't feel like hearing her mouth when i give him his money back and i never get a rim back.
and i painted the rim since i've had it and have been riding it since may. since i never had a reason to think the rim was fucked up in anyway i never checked it until the day i sent it when obviously it was painted so i didnt see the crack otherwise i wouldnt have sold it.
and i'm not ducking you i fell asleep because i work all night long and was tired. but i still got no tracking number from you just a picture of a box. anyway because i hate people calling me a douche and shit i will give you the money back and hope the rim gets here.

Just saying, it could mean when scramhype had it, it was perfect, but maybe the USPS threw it in delivery and cracked it
Like Scram said, and I said in my post, it was painted over, and might not of been able to see it! Which seems to be the case. Tryed to look at it from all angles.

i doubt it was perfect when i got it since it was off a complete i got. and i haven't done anything that insane lately that i would crack a rim so it was probably like that and i just simply missed it. point is he got his money so i will wait for the rim.

yeah scramhype has been selling alot of stuff on here hes very legit and i dont think he would sell a damged product if he even knew about it.thats just my opinion

The fact of the matter is people need to relize they are buying used bmx parts off the internet that they have not seen. And to be patient when there is somthing to be resolved. No one has control of how fast the mail works, or how they handle product. To me Scram seems legit to me. One he did not fight about the product, at least not in this post, did not call people names, and seemed to have no problem returning money. Also seems to have refs, or people backing him up. To me seems like an honest mistake. I realy don't think if he had seen a crack in the rim that he would of rode it himself, then after monthes of riding sell it. This deal could of got ugly but it didn't. Did what all respectable businessmen would do.

shes bad at money management lol. i can buy stuff then go without for a long time. with her she getts bored and always wants to spend mney on dumb stuff. i do have to watch what i spend now though because baby needs toys for christmas.
