If you want to have someone added to this list message a moderator and they will determine if they are to be added.
Something like, they took an extra couple of days to send the part is not a reason to black list someone. If a member refuses to pay another member, or does not ship an item that has been paid for that is a legit reason to add that member to the list.
If you are the victim of one of scamming you can contact the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (WWW.IC3.GOV)
