Since theres a new mega park near me i built up a very trails and box jump oriented bike. Well i still love street and i didnt want to beat that bike up. As we have all probably seen Vein bmx now has some frames and parts on here. I like what they're doing and i love the prices so i bought the Amber Resik on sale for $350 and a set of toro bars. So here she is!

I was very surprised by the paint. They actually do some sort of plating process before they put the main layer on. So when you scratch it theres a shade of blue underneath to help keep it clean looking.

I dislike the look of a stem too but i did it just to have my bars up higher for now. Once i start bending and breaking things ill drop some money into it.

i was skeptical too but ive been looking into the products and people who own them. There are very rarely any bad reviews on the parts so far. Some of them are pretty low quality parts but getting full chromoly forks or bars for $20 - $30 is retarded...

My friend has one of the cheaper ones, the paint just looks so clean. That raw looks good too.

Raw is perfect. I may say that the paint on this COMPLETE is better than any of the paint jobs ive had before. Like i said, i scratched the frame pretty deep allready and there is more blue underneath. Like they do with ED black but blue.

I must say the cranks may be my favorite part of the bike. they have a nice thin profile so my ankles are not bashing them (had to get stitches from bashing my profiles)

I'm deciding which bike to buy this week, and the Resik is at the top of my list. Wasn't sure I liked the blue, a little bright for my taste, but your presentation makes it look pretty sweet. Now I'm torn. Not crazy about the red rims on the black one either. Wish they could put the rims/tires from the blue one on the black frame. It'd look like the Sanctum, which is my favorite look. But seriously, after your pics, I'm leaning Blue!

i dont think the bars really go with the bike...yet they look so good that the bike still looks amazing.
