Shit is probably hectic there, they may be one of the biggest mail orders in the world but when it boils down it's all done by a small crew at a bike shop. Just give them a call and see what's up, I'm sure they will be more than happy to figure out what's going on. As said before, they are probably quite busy, and another good possibility is they may be short handed. People like to use vacation days, Flip travels with the team all over, spreading the Good news of freestyle BMX. Use the chat feature and just ask them if they ran into an issue with your order and give them the order number. On popular items, they can run out of stock and find out that item is on back order from the manufacturer. Never be afraid to ask about your order, and always be professional about it. Yeah, I talked to them today. I'm a bit dissapointed with them. He emailed me saying they still were not shipped(It's been a week) and then they didn't have the sizes I wanted and that they were on back order. Which to me was bullshit and pissed me off. I don't mind the wait but when it says they were in stock and I payed and then I had to wait because they gave them to someone else and I had to get 2 different sizes pisses me off. But shit happens and its the holidays so whatever, I'll live. They seem real cool though, and he corrected the problem as soon as we sorted it out.
