Heres my story, care enough to read it, thanks for the help!
I've always loved barspins and thought they were a really great looking trick to mess around with, so I started learning them. I tried out the indoor bike. same night I put my bike back together and had hop half bars dialed no problem! Then I sorta got stuck with them for a while... later on I manned up, put some knee pads and went for full barspins in my garage. I used to throw my bars like xup but I fixed it and started throwing with one hand only. That day I tried going for full and i missed a couple times and the last try I caught one hand, lost balance and fell back. I fell and my peg went in my lower back, tailbone to be exact. I couldn't walk for a day and 5 minutes after I passed out. 1 month after that accident and now I did the indoor bike again and I can no longer do half bars or full bars. I always choke and hesitate to throw. Please give me help on what I should do to overcome that fear again, as I'd love to learn this trick.
hold on im removing my pegs right quick. i can do them on my fgfs and not my bmx, but i learned them on that by just pulling up on the front end and spinning them like you were going to bunnyhop just without the pop. or you could watch some bone deth and be like i want to have fun with bmx and progress so ima take a lil risk ! cause the risk is what makes it fun

if hesitation out of fear of repeating the peg-to-tailbone thing is your problem then i suggest taking your pegs off for the time being. im not saying you should give up on pegs forever, just take them off so you wont be so afraid to try barspins. put the pegs back on once you're more comfortable with barspins, by then you probably wont be afraid any more. That, or just say fuck it, yolo, and throw it lol
Get over your fear, be confident, and go for full bars.
Thanks for the help everyone!!! I manned up and tried them for about 3 hours straight. started from not letting go, to no hander to get used to it, then I started bus driving a half bar, and now I can land a full bar!!!! landed 2 today, just keep hucking them!! all it is just a flick of the wrist.

The Surgery Was Less Painful Than The Bloody Damaged Tooth! I Am A Little Put Off Trying Then Again, That Was The First Time In About 6 Years I Had A Bar Spin Session! RAISE YOUR SEAT SO YOU CAN PINCH WITH YOUR KNEES.
This way if you miss a hand, you can squeeze the seat and still get it. Sounds dumb, but look at Nyquist, 5 inches of post, barspins all day. Not to mention, hardly ANYONE with a slammed seat can throw the bars and do more than one before catching.
Bar catch bars look stupid if you ask me. Double bars straight look way more awesome.
