I could use a ton of help here. I'm getting a bigger size frame, I prefer 21.5 and lowest I'll go is 21.25 but it has to be a Fit frame because that's all I'll ride. I want the Marv but it seems not that much bigger than my 21.125 Mac frame. I was looking at the Inman frame because it has a 21.5 option but the CS is HUGE. I'm mainly a 4 pegged, ledge/rail, manual kind of rider. Anyone have any suggestions or can tell me how one size feels to another CS? I'll get an S&M since they're the same companies kind of..

Longer chainstay = Harder to lift up, less responsive, more stable
Shorter chainstay = Opposite of above
What chainstay are you riding right now?

You'll probably get used to anything in a few days. I went from just over 14" to 13.5" and I didn't notice a huge difference. I wouldn't go under 13.5" since you run 4 pegs. Might hit your heel a bit too much.

Not really, haha. For me, manuals are easier on longer frames, but hops and spinning are harder.

14 is long for street. I'm think 13.5-13.75 would be good. you can get a lower bb. That will make the frame feel longer

OG's run13.75 slammed the shortest while most of the animal crew runs 14 slammed I think, I rode my failure at near 14 and I'm doing the same with my new mutiny frame coming from 13.25, feels really space-ish and nicer, takes a sesh to get used to but I'm not complaining I'm just into that kind of street

You could make a 14" chainstay work for street if you really wanted to but i know i dont really like it. Shorter back ends are alot more fun to me because they're poppier and spin with less effort. If i was you i'd just go with a 21.25 that has a CS size you like. Unless you're extremely tall you probably wont notice the .25" difference

its kinda stupid limiting yourself to only fit frames. but 14 is kinda long for street but ts not going to stop you riding, it will probably take a few rides to get used to but then you should be fine

14" is pretty long for street but people do it. 13.7 and smaller is street geo IMO.

Build a custom frame. Someone on here had Standard make them one and it was only like 300 and something.

Superstar carlton grande is 21.4, and has a chainstay of 13.4-14. I'd say thats pretty good, but I dont know how well the frame will hold up.

Pegs void the warranty most superstar frames and he's looking for a Fit.
