the lease was just signed about a week ago, i am friends with the owner's son but i dont have too much inside information, its still too early. i will update you all on it when i do get it. the flow is going to be very nice and there is a huge team of advisors and designers working on the project. its going to be good, i can garuntee that much! oh, the square footage is probably around 21,000 sq feetRessler711 wrote: do you have any pics of the setup? whats the sq. footage on the building? any idea what style ramps it'll be etc.

trails are not skateparks, they exist solely from the work and dedication of local riders. so next time you start complaining about not having local trails to ride, you only need look at yourself.
