I need help on how to manual. I am just entering the sport of BMXing and I have watched many videos on how to manual but i can't get it down.Any advice?

dont use your brakes if you have any it helps you learn how to balance better if you dont use them

what he said... balance with your knees, and when starting the manual dont yank back on the bars, try to make the pull smooth

definetly dont use brakes ... when learning ... and the best way to explain how to balance it to use ur legs and knees.. bending back and forth... like getting closer to the bike but keep ur arms strait...manuels just take practice

I agree with the not using brakes when learning, but once they are natural you may have to use them in certain situations. I like to lean as far back as I can keeping my front wheel fairly low to the ground. When my balance point is achived, just bend the knees into your seat if you need to drop the front and or straighten out your legs if you need to go back. Don't use your arms and keep your legs kinda bent at all times.

ya, instead of yanking, just lean back far enough to bring the front wheel out, then balance out with your legs
