What are the contents of your Mike Spinner bag?

Just kidding, what are the contents of your toolbag? Do you carry one? I've got a shitty undialed bike, so I usually carry a backpack with a bike lock, sockets for my front and back wheel, and some Allens. I don't have a roll pin in my back peg, so every few grinds my wheel comes loose so I have to tighten it. Sometimes I carry a sweatshirt and some water too.

Allen wrench set. Spoke wrench. Ratchet w/ extension, two sockets (front & back). Two ankle braces, one left wrist brace. Atleast one set of grips. Sometimes extra pedals. I also tend to tote around a few parts to sell with me, if I'm going in my friends truck. If I'm just riding street lol fuck that.
I don't carry a lot cuz when i actually drive to spots or parks my friend literally carries everything on the planet with him.
Everything from gallons and gallons of drinks and coolers to every socket wrench and spanner and rag and lube you could come up with. Lol.

I used to carry tools everywhere when my bike sucked. Now i dont have to. Only time i bring anything is to skateparks when friends come, Just like a set of allens, american and metric, tire levers, danscomp pump and ratchet set, extra tubes, and a spoke wrench a bit of chain and a chain breaker. and a grip. Oh cant forget the porn.

I mostly ride the streets within a mile of my house, so I don't take any tools with me. If I were going very far away, I would keep tubes, my small tool box, and my pump in the van. Back when tires were lower pressure (35-40 psi) I didn't need a tire lever, I just used my fingers to pop tires on and off.

I got like the world in the tool box in my truck. Multiple socket and Allen sets. Pump. Extra pedals. Helmet and knee pads for when I get scared. Chain tool. Having all that stuff usually comes in handy.

Don't really carry tools that often.

When I do it's just a park allen key multi-tool

I'm gonna need bigger bars

9/3/2013 4:21 PM

I have a few allens, DK random Wrench, a Tube, a Pump and chain lube.

I am sick and tired of the "cliques" that this sport has recently developed. We should embrace the fact that we all ride a little kids bike, and not worry about the small details. When you take riding in its most basic form, we are all the same.

9/3/2013 4:26 PM

If im actually going out to ride spots, i bring a socket wrench, allen key, tubes, tire levers, and money.

I dont say stupid things, just no one knows what im talking about.

9/4/2013 11:34 AM

i bring nothing... i hate carrying a bag. also, my bike is super dialed and i keep everything nice and tight always

Haha I wish. I used to volunteer up there, so I would ride every day for free. But its too expensive to go up there a lot. So maybe like once a month? Haha. Plus I just moved an hour away. Thats the first skatepark I ever rode though and its definitely worth riding.

Just go buy a washer from a department store and use it to keep your peg from rotating. If you still have a problem, sand the paint on your dropouts a bit and also the paint on your peg where it meets the dropouts. this will create better grip between the two metals. Plus no one will it since you have pegs on.
