im trying to make my friend a vital account and i tried to sign in and it said this account has been temporarily locked
whats the name on the account? Sometimes it locks accounts if you make it from the same computer or using same email.

for future reference... yes you have to go to your email after you sign up and click the confirmation link that vital sends you in order to be able to log in to your newly created account.
