i see in edits when the person take one foot off the pedal and both hands off the bars and pushes with the leg off the kick push just like a skateboard what is this called? and how do you do it?

you keep your front foot on the pedal but take your opposite foot and push and lean your front foot against the crank it is actually really easy me and my friends do it
Kevin porter tought me how to do these last summer, all you have to do is use the force from only having one foot on the pedal to lock the side of your leg/knee onto the side of your seat. After you get that part down then you have to pratice the balance point so you can keep the bars straight. They are really fun/easy once you get the hang of them.
