i have both an FSA Pig in sealed and unsealed versions, both are still working today and both are over 10 years old. Get an FSA Pig unsealed since they're like $15 and can last plenty long enough.

i'd go with an unsealed Pig over a sealed Mechanik, but that Neo-integrated headset is what i would do, especially for the price.

most all headsets are sealed. its harder now to find a unsealed one.
just look at fsa's website, any 1 1/8 will work.

yeah i never understood why kids at the track had CK headsets, pretty much the only reason i can think of is because of the name but i ran CK hubs and never thought they were any better than my Profile cassettes.
