Stock Bike Question

Hey i was looking at some bikes online and was looking at their frame measurements and saw one where the chainstay size was just "13.75" and not "13.75-14" or something like that, do any of you know if the 13.75 measurement means if the wheel is slammed?

everycompany states it different which sucks, some tell the range, some tell slammed, and some tell centered.

just check other sites and you should be able to piece together an answer

That's probably centered.

depends by company. it usually is measured from the roundness in the dropout.
