Me and my friends want to start filming our riding. I was hoping someone on here might know a good camera between $500-$600. I dont know anything about video cameras so the more you share the more i learn

Get an older Sony SR1, I have the 06 version and it's sweet. Full HD/SD manual focus which is a plus, good mic, it's missing a handle though but you can make one yourself.

for your price you should go with a canon hv30 and a centry optics mk2 death lens. i think total there 650
