i have a spanish bb and i want to know how i can put my bearings into the frame because i don't have a compresion system or something like that and i want to know some ways to improve one kind of compresion system or other ways to put my bb into the frame.

take a towel fold it a few times, take a hammer, and hit it in evenly.... i did it to all my BB's and it doesnt mess them up if u fold the town enough times

yeah that's the best way to do it
get an unsealed 14mm axle, 2 nuts and some big washers, almost like the diameter of the bearings, put some grease on the bb shell and make sure the bearings are going in even and you're good to go

A big socket works great. That way you hit only the OUTSIDE race of the bearing, minimizing any chance to damage the bearings themselves. Obviously, a press or makeshift press is the best.

i saw the shadow video so many months ago and i try that but i had everything execpt the spacer i have ones but they are more little than the bearings and i think i will use a piece of wood and hammer but thanks to all the people who give me their ideas.

use a dead blow not hammer so it doesnt mess up the bearings
