complete huh... you are pretty big so get one with a... dude don't get a f'n complete. They don't really make a great complete for 6 ft. 200 lbs riders. Start with a 21.5 tt frame or macniel duece duece that doesn't have any double butted tubing. at least 5mm thick drop outs and mid or american BB. Your size a bike that weighs under 27 pounds will be pushing it. In my opinion anyways

umm idk what your talking about 600 for a custom bike? umm no not enough money

and the macniel duece duece frame is like fuking six and a half pounds the bike would weigh more than 27 pounds

get the stolen sinner

Yeah right...LOL My frame weighs more than that and my bike is 28 lbs. I've got a heavy stem, heavy fork, and a heavy front 48 spoke 14mm solid chromoly axle??????? It can be done with 6-8 hundred bucks just have to be uh...a smart shopper. Get some shit when its on sale and with Dans and others you can get big savings if you spend 3-4 hundred bucks, even more if you spend 600. You may have to have a bike closer to 30 lbs. depending on your patients and ability to shop smart. But 27, 30 lbs... Not much of a diff. You should be safely under 30 lbs w/o pegs.

I bought a mint green Fit Park Team Series complete and I like it a lot. I'm 5'10 and weigh 175-180 lbs. and most importantly I am very rough on my bikes. If you are willing to spend almost six hundred dollars, you might want to check out the Fit flow series. The frame, bars, cranks and forks are 100% chromoly so you can't go wrong with that. Also, the park edition comes complete with a gyro and U-brakes. Fit is also really good about replacing the parts that are covered under warranty so that is another plus.

On the dowside of things, I think that the wheels aren't the greatest thing in the world but they will hold off until you save up enough for a new set. From what I understand when assembling a complete to sell on the market the wheels can be one of the most costly factors so this could be a common problem for you, especially for a rider your size.

Good luck and don't waste your money on a compulsive buy!

I never said it would weigh 27 lbs. I just think a bike that weighs 27 lbs or even less would be sketchy for this guy 2fun... When frames are on sale you can get a good one for 175-200 bucks maybe a little less. That leaves at least 400 to work with. Put most of it into the rear rim and a decent crank, and this guy would be real close... just a couple parts and or sales,or favors away. He has up to close to 600 bucks...Ya know? Oh it can be done and done nicely...

Shhh if you get a good deal on a frame (I've seen them come and go) for under 200 think about it. You could still use the remaining 400 to buy a pretty good complete if you were crazy. Do the math... It's only money...LOL

even if i were to price out the cheapest shit im still lookin at like 6-700+ in parts besides a frame. ill just buy shit as it breaks. i know it will. it always does. its the nature of the beast. im big and rough with my bikes.

im buying a complete. not building a bike.

I was in the same exact position and that is why I bought a Fit complete. Good price and you get a quality ride.

If your going to go for the stolen complete get the cheater, not the sinner. The paint job on the sinner is pretty bad ass though, too bad you can't get the cheater in the same color.

Fit completes are some of the best. We The People look good though.

After problems with big guys rolling through our shop complaining of broken frames and shit

I'd have to agree with this guy.
The WTP Phoenix pro is one of the best out there
just buy a warantee when you buy the bike and you should be set.
