I fucked up my bearings in my forks and now i cant get it back together right can anybody tell me how to put a standerd headset/forks on please

do the froks have a built in bearing race probably does so put on the frist bearings then slide the staerer tube threw your head tube place the second bearings on place the cap on place whatever spacers you have then put your stem and bars on

yeah thats what im doing but my steerer tube keeps moving back and forth even when i tighten all my shit up. ive never had this problem before so i have no idea what im doing wrong

u need fork spacer that go between ur stem nd cover

did you have a gyro now you removed and now your putting it back together

yea but havent had a gyro for 3 months and its all been fine untill today it was loose and i heard noise from it and now it wont go back together right

I used to have that problem but I got taught that I should always have enough spacers so that the top of the stem is about 3mm from the top of the steerer tube.

Life is like a box of chocolates. Pick the right brand, and it turns out good.
