DANGER!
i do lots of push ups04wildman wrote: I got a topic man. It's called wall sits. Wall sits are beast cuz they work. They work on boosting your hops and building endurance when it comes to manuals. Just plant your feet shoulder length apart and put your back up against the wall leaving your legs bent at a 90 degree angle and hold. Hold until your knees shake, and then go riding. Do them several times a day every other day and more on rainy days when you can't ride, or whatever. Hold for longer and longer and you will see that it's a good way to work on your riding when you can't be out there riding. I learned them at Maryland Basketball Camp back in the day.
