Used to ride there all the time. Place was hard packed and not fun to crash on. But left there bleeding plenty of times.

I remember hearing alot of stories about these trails back in the day, but I think they got torn down before I ever had a chance to go ride them. I was bummed. Haha. These and Arlington trails too.

Ahh Twin Palms! The mecca of early dirt jumps! Got out there once in a while with my bro, he used to tear that up. The big double which had a 15-20ft gap greeted you at the entrance coming from Arlington Ave.

this is kinda off topic, but does anyone on here remember the bowl or whatever it was, they had people like digging it out when it was uncovered like a year ago for a road, im just wondering if they were able to save it or not

I'm 37 years old and when twin palms was first being built there was 3 sets of table jumps, each one had 3 different paths so 9 total jumps!! And of course the canyon jumps. Back then most of the kids rode and we grew up directly across from twin. But we were the younger kids like 7, or 8 years old some 11, or 12 years old. Anyone remember before twin was built off a ways there was the first drop in dirt jumps named free falls. They were on the other side of the bowl. I spent countless hours both riding, jumping, and building. It evolved into the mecca people talk about. The original double doubles. Then there's the bonsai doubles, the rythum section the jump up on to the old water tanks of concrete. The stadium jump. I've seen a couple guys brake their necks one broke his back. They would plow them were would rebuild.
I remember the birth of some of the best tagger's \ artist, who today are still doing their passion and gift. Founders of the fighting4dreams studios master maxx242 and legend Jeff Soto. Bombing huge pieces\ murals on the walls of the tanks with original characters. I loved that place

Who remembers some of the first K.O.D's. Anyone remember the jumps on Jones street and Arlington ave on the corner. That's where Eddie "fuzzy" hall won King Of Dirt on a jump called the caddy jump. Where he jumped a old Cadillac across from village liquor
