this email support is bullshit... they dont seem to care... i didnt even get a reply when i emailed them... vital still wont play any fucking videos... Ride bmx and the come up both do! same damn videos literally minutes after eachother no problem...
I remember our email correspondence. The fact is that unfortunately we never heard of anyone else having this same problem in Windows 7 on IE. We tested and I personally tested, as I also have Win 7 with IE, and videos do play. The only thing that would help is looking at tour IE setup but to do that we would need to do a screen share session.
The only other thing you can do is this:
1) Open IE Developer tools: click F12.
2) Then click "Console" tab.
3) Then enter any Vital video URL (for example this) and click play if you see player. In any case, whether you do or don't see video player, go back to the developer panel, do a scree shot and send it to email@example.com
